The Senior Financial Analyst will support business performance by providing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and operational insight across programs and manufacturing operations. This role will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost tracking, and profitability analysis.
The Senior Financial Analyst will help improve visibility into financial performance, program costs, margins, and operational efficiency. This position requires strong analytical skills, manufacturing financial experience, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on financial analyst with strong FP&A experience in a manufacturing environment. This person should be comfortable working with financial data, analyzing cost drivers, supporting forecasts, and partnering with operations and program teams. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to translate financial data into useful business insight.
