The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures in Kansas City seeks a Finance and Office Manager to run day-to-day financial operations and administrative functions, reporting to the Executive Director. This role owns bookkeeping, financial reporting, vendor and contract management, facilities oversight, and institutional compliance, providing a stable operational center for a mission-driven museum.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks and manage accounts payable/receivable
• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports for the Executive Director and quarterly reports for the Finance Committee
• Monitor budget-to-actual performance and address variances with leadership
• Coordinate annual audit and Form 990, liaise with external auditor
• Manage grant financial tracking and reporting for restricted funds
• Oversee vendor contracts, renewals, and terminations
• Coordinate facilities operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships
• Serve as IT triage contact and manage equipment inventory
• Track and renew institutional insurance policies
