Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• At least 10 years in accounting with supervisory experience.
• Experience with NetSuite and financial reporting.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
• HR-related financial processes experience is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage Accounting department and ensure service, quality and accuracy.
• Oversee A/R, A/P, and payroll operations.
• Develop, enforce Accounting/Financial policies and KPI’s.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for regulators and management.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and tax requirements.
• Provide financial insights and projections for strategic decisions.
• Utilize cost accounting to track and optimize production and operations costs.
• Oversee day-to-day financial activities including general ledger maintenance.
• Collaborate with departments on cost data and cost-reduction strategies.
• Work with department heads to create and monitor budgets.
• Coordinate process improvements and special projects in finance.
• Provide coaching and development for department staff.
• Handle cash deposits and banking arrangements.
• Oversee HR-related finance reporting and employee benefit programs.
