Job summary

Auburn Toyota Group is seeking a Finance team member at our Auburn, CA location. The role involves presenting warranties and products, securing and closing transactions, and meeting monthly F&I targets with strong customer service and detail orientation.

The position offers base hourly pay with commission potential and a comprehensive benefits package. A professional, team-driven environment at our family-owned dealership awaits. In-person work is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Tekion CRM experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
• Finance experience is preferred (1 year).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Background check and drug-free policy compliance.

We are a small, family run organization in the foothills of Auburn. You will enjoy a nice pace and a true team environment. We have a BRAND NEW facility that will wow you!

Responsibilities

• Present warranties, GAP insurance and other beneficial products offered by the dealership
• Secure and finalize transactions in a legal and ethical manner
• Meet monthly forecast for F&I income, penetration levels and customer satisfaction
• Accurately prepare all paperwork related to the transaction and submit to business office in a timely manner
• Provide outstanding customer service

Pay Scale

The Finance Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
