Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Tekion CRM experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
• Finance experience is preferred (1 year).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Background check and drug-free policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Present warranties, GAP insurance, and other products.
• Secure and finalize transactions in a legal/ethical manner.
• Meet monthly forecast for F&I income and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare transaction paperwork and submit to the business office promptly.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
