Job Location: Auburn, CA 95603

Salary Range: $19.00 - $24.00 Hourly

We are looking for someone to join our staff to assist in inventory management and merchandising/digital content for two dealerships. This position requires someone who is task-oriented, self-motivated and can manage his/her time. This person must be able to use Excel, be comfortable with web-based software and can take good, clear photographs of vehicles. Must be able to communicate well in writing as well as on the phone. This job will require several hours a day of photographing cars and utilizing the computer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate database of retail/wholesale inventory for two stores
• Photograph new and used vehicles for two stores
• Write descriptions of used cars
• Monthly analysis and reporting
• Ensures relevant content on all social media.
• Creating content for social media for all locations
• Monitor customer comments and feedback and ensure reputation management policies are in place.
• Stays informed on all department specials and incentives and ensures that expired offers are promptly removed from sites.
• Is proactive in looking for opportunities to promote dealership awareness and community involvement on social media sites.
• Participates in community activities.
• Office/administrative tasks as assigned

QualificationsSkills
