Job Details

Location: Nissan of Auburn (NOA) – Auburn, WA 98002.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 – $150,000.00 Commission/year.

Compensation

Full‑time total annual compensation between $40,000.00 and $150,000.00, including 25% commission on Front Payable Gross; 5% commission on Back Payable Gross if 14 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met; subject to terms of pay plan.

60‑day guarantee of $3,500.00 per month while you train according to terms of pay plan.

• Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full‑time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full‑time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
