Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Technology Manager in the United States to focus on technology operations, risk management, resilience, and regulatory readiness. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance to ensure platforms align with regulatory requirements and group standards.

Lead the local tech team, monitor IT controls, prepare reports, and drive architecture with strong communication and regulated‑industry experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in tech risk, operational resilience, IT governance, or tech architecture, or InfoSec within financial services or fintech.
• Experience in regulated environments with regulators, auditors, or supervisory bodies.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, applications, data, security, and third-party controls.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with IT and InfoSec requirements.
• Proactively monitoring the application and technology and InfoSec infrastructures related to our systems, identifying outages, malfunctioning, SLA breaches, etc.
• Coordinating evidence gathering to fulfil audit requirements.
• Representing the local Technology team, working with wider programme teams to take ownership of appropriate tasks and provide input as required.
• Preparing reports and updating stakeholders.
• Identifying dependencies, potential impact, and risks, ensuring that they've been satisfactorily analysed, tested, managed and escalating risks to the internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining and creating new dashboards to track metrics and visualise insights.
• Managing support tools for our internal teams and providing necessary technology to our employees.
• Handling inventory of all technology assets and managing their lifecycle.
• Driving the local technology and InfoSec architecture.
