Revolut is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead liquidity and risk management for the US business from New York. You’ll work cross-functionally with Finance, Compliance and the regional teams to safeguard capital and optimize funding plans.

In this role you will influence strategic decisions, maintain regulatory liquidity metrics, and partner with the global Treasury group to align with group policies while supporting growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifikationen

• 9+ years building treasury processes and controls.
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, economics, or maths.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and monitor liquidity to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
• Improve deployment of excess capital and liquidity to meet risk/return profiles.
• Support the local CFO in capital and liquidity discussions with regulators and the Board.
• Partner with the global Treasury team to ensure policy compliance and consistency with group policies.
• Collaborate across Risk, Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting teams.
• Join the local assets and liabilities committee as a key member.
