Swickard Toyota of Edmonds is hiring a Finance Manager to guide guests through financing and protection options, while ensuring compliant, seamless transactions in a hospitality-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of F&I management in a franchised dealership and thrives on transparent, guest-focused service with strong lender relationships. Join a growing team dedicated to integrity and excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership.
• Proven performance in PVR, VSC penetration, GAP penetration, and lender diversification.
• Deep knowledge of menu selling, deal structure, and compliance standards (Reg Z, TILA, FCRA).
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred.
• Active state F&I license, or the ability to obtain one prior to start.

Responsabilités

• Guide guests through financing, leasing, and protection product options with transparency and care.
• Structure deals accurately and efficiently with sales and lending partners.
• Present and sell F&I products (VSC, GAP, maintenance) through a menu-based process.
• Build and maintain strong lender relationships to offer competitive financing options.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and manufacturer regulations on every deal.
