Job summary

Saronic Technologies in Austin, TX seeks a Supply Chain Materials Systems & Process Manager to design, standardize, and scale materials management and warehouse processes, and to lead the Supply Training & Analysis Team across sites.

You will align physical material flow with ERP/WMS, own SOPs and training programs, monitor KPIs, and partner with IT, Finance, Production, and Quality to close system gaps and drive enterprise readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in supply chain, warehouse, or materials management.
• ERP/WMS experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and material flow.

Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and maintain standardized SOPs for receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, and replenishment.
• Drive enterprise-wide standardization so every site runs the same core processes, with documented, approved exceptions only.
• Manage SOP version control and change management so field practice and written procedure stay aligned.
• Align physical material flow with ERP/WMS transactions to ensure inventory accuracy and end-to-end traceability.
• Act as SME for materials-related system configuration, transaction discipline, and process-to-system gaps.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Production, and Quality to define requirements and resolve system or data issues.
• Lead, develop, and set priorities for the Supply Training & Analysis Team.
• Set the team's annual plan for curriculum releases, site training cycles, readiness assessments, and reporting.
• Coach team members on instructional quality, data analysis, and technical depth in materials and warehouse operations.
• Conduct process audits and monitor KPIs, including inventory accuracy, pick accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and shortages.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans (CAPs), and feed recurring findings back into SOPs and training.
• Report site readiness and performance trends to Supply Chain leadership.
• Prepare new and expanding sites to operate to enterprise standards from day one.
