Job summary

Magellan Aerospace, Haverhill is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the division's accounting and control function, plan and direct financial operations.

You will report results, develop budgets, forecast cash flow, manage internal controls, and support pricing decisions and financial policy.

The role offers a salary range of $115,000 to $135,000 per year, along with an attractive benefits package and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of experience in finance management
• 2+ years as Controller overseeing budgets, cost accounting, credit and collections
• Experience in manufacturing or related industry preferred
• Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directs the accounting function for the division.
• Reports operating results and provides chronological systems for management.
• Forecasts short- and long-range cash requirements and ensures adequate funds.
• Maintains internal controls and insurance coverage to safeguard assets.
• Assists pricing policies and prepares budgeting information for programs.
• Develops and presents financial analyses and recommendations to the Division Manager.
