Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, or accounting.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adjust priorities to meet timelines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning, annual budget, and monthly forecast processes.
• Assist quarterly reviews and executive management reporting.
• Identify improvements using Aramark-provided tools.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly results and KPIs against plans.
• Evaluate productivity, marketing impact, and financial results.
• Maintain dashboard accuracy and reconciliations (PMD, Labor Dashboard).
• Prepare ad hoc analyses as needed.
