Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Finance Specialist to partner with Corporate and Line of Business Finance teams. The role provides a broad range of financial analysis including forecast, trends, monthly income statements, and ad hoc reports to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include planning process support, quarterly reviews, KPI analysis, and dashboard reconciliation. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a finance- or accounting-related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience with growth in responsibilities.
• Detail oriented with strong organization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adjust priorities to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Supports the strategic planning process and development of the annual business plan, budget and forecast on an annual, monthly and weekly basis
• Supports quarterly operating reviews and other executive management reports
• Recognizes opportunities and drives improvements with Aramark-supplied software tools
• Analyzes and compares monthly and quarterly results, metrics and KPIs against plan and benchmarks
• Analyzes productivity (food and labor), marketing and other initiatives impact on financial results
• Ensures dashboard accuracy/reconciliation (PMD, Labor Dashboard, etc.)
• Performs or compiles ad hoc analyses as needed
