Job summary

Aramark seeks a Finance Specialist to join our Corporate and Line of Business Finance teams. The role provides broad financial analysis on forecast, trends, income statements, and ad hoc reports to support business decisions.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, quarterly reviews, and KPI analysis. You will drive process improvements with Aramark tools and ensure dashboard accuracy, with a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Detail oriented with strong organization and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adjust priorities to meet timelines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports the strategic planning process and development of the annual business plan, budget and forecast on annual, monthly and weekly basis.
• Supports quarterly operating reviews and other executive management reports.
• Recognizes opportunity and drives improvements with Aramark supplied software tools.
• Analyzes and compares monthly and quarterly results, metrics and KPIs against plan and benchmarks.
• Analyzes productivity (food and labor), marketing and other initiatives impact on financial results.
• Responsible for dashboard accuracy / reconciliation (PMD, Labor Dashboard, etc.).
• Performs or compiles ad hoc analyses as the need arises.
