Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Finance Specialist to work with Corporate and Line of Business Finance teams. The role provides a wide range of financial analysis including forecast, trends, and monthly income statements, plus ad hoc reports.

You will support the annual budget and forecast cycles, assist in quarterly reviews, and drive improvements using Aramark tools. Strong Excel and communication skills are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant work experience with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field (finance or accounting preferred).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the strategic planning process and development of annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly plans.
• Supports quarterly operating reviews and executive management reports.
• Creates analyses and ad hoc reports to inform decision making.
• Analyzes monthly and quarterly results, metrics, and KPIs against plan and benchmarks.
• Assesses productivity, marketing initiatives, and their impact on financial results.
• Ensures dashboard accuracy and reconciliation (PMD, Labor Dashboard, etc.).
• Performs or compiles ad hoc analyses as needed.

Job Description

The Finance Specialist works with the Corporate and Line of Business Finance teams. This position will provide a wide range of financial analysis regarding forecast, trends, monthly income statement, and ad hoc reports.

Job Responsibilities

• Supports the strategic planning process and the development of the annual business plan, budget and forecast for the business on an annual, monthly and weekly basis
• Supports the quarterly operating reviews and other executive management reports
• Recognizes opportunity and drives improvements with Aramark supplied software tools
• Analyzes and compares monthly and quarterly results, metrics and key performance indicators against plan and other benchmarks
• Analyzes productivity (food and labor), marketing and other business initiatives impact on financial results
• Responsible for dashboard accuracy / reconciliation (PMD, Labor Dashboard, etc.)
• Performs or compiles ad hoc analyses as the need arises

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint
• Proven excellence in both written and verbal communication skills
