Quanex is seeking a Finance Manager, Shared Services, North America, to lead AP, AR, and Credit operations from our Statesville, North Carolina location. The role emphasizes process improvement, working capital optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance/accounting, manufacturing or shared services experience, and hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) with a focus on compliance and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
• Five+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in manufacturing or shared services.
• Strong knowledge of AP, Credit and AR processes, policies and regulations.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems; familiarity with automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP, Credit, and AR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize working capital and cash flow.
• Lead process improvements and automation initiatives to boost productivity.
• Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance; support external audits as needed.
• Develop and coach a high-performing finance team.
