Responsibilities include profitability, pricing, trade spending, ROI, and market insights across customers and channels, with travel as needed and a strong emphasis on data storytelling and strategic finance partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience.
• 3+ years as a Sr. Financial Analyst or Finance Manager.
• Ability to travel -10% for business reviews and meetings.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, plan, analyze and support decisions for the Beauty Division.
• Translate trends into clear financial insights and actions.
• Identify risks, opportunities and performance drivers.
• Support forecasts, annual plans, KPI reporting, and variance analysis.
• Partner with brand teams to translate priorities into financial plans.
• Oversee profitability, pricing, and trade-spend analysis across brands.
• Analyze POS, market share, and category trends for financial impact.
• Travel for business reviews, customer meetings, or leadership meetings.
