Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Manager for the Radar Frequency Solution (RFS) portfolio in El Segundo. The role leads 3–4 analysts, focusing on international development and new contract negotiations within the APG-82 radar programs for the USAF.

Responsibilities include supervising Earned Value management, budgeting, forecasting, and engagement with senior management. Hybrid work arrangement offered with a strong emphasis on meeting critical deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field or equivalent experience; 8+ years preferred, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
• Experience with Earned Value, Baseline Planning, EACs, risk/opportunity development, financial forecasting, SRO, AOP, LRP.

Responsibilities

• Lead period-closing activities and weekly/monthly cadence across portfolio for FP&A deliverables.
• Analyze financial performance metrics (Bookings, Sales, Earnings, Cash) and identify issues early.
• Support Balance Sheet, Overhead, and Investment activities including Capital projects and CFRs.
