Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and work independently in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with enterprise planning and business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Self‑motivation and the ability to translate broad direction into high‑quality analysis and actionable insights.
• Openness to new ideas and a continuous‑improvement mindset.

• Lead rebate and discount planning, forecasting, and reporting across the portfolio.
• Maintain monthly, forecast, and long-range planning schedules.
• Forecast rebate and discount rates and utilization across payer channels.
• Analyze and communicate price-related variances during monthly reporting cycles.
• Partner with brand, forecasting, and commercial finance teams to deliver a consolidated net sales outlook.
• Serve as the primary finance contact for pricing-related questions and participate in cross-functional planning meetings.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations that support business decisions.
• Complete ad hoc analyses and special projects as business needs arise.
