AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Finance Manager (PACE) to support financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis within its FP&A function.

The role collaborates with PACE leadership to drive financial performance and ensure accurate reporting for applicable programs. The position requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with 5 years in healthcare finance (or 10 years with no degree, including 5 years in PACE); a Master's degree is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 5 years of experience in healthcare/managed care finance.
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 10 years of healthcare/managed care finance experience with 5 years in a PACE environment.
• Master's degree preferred.

• Assist with financial strategies to maximize AltaMed's performance.
• Develop and execute the annual budget, forecasts, financial planning and forecast models.
• Analyze operating results and develop strategies to improve financial performance.
• Prepare financial reports for State and Federal government entities.

Job Overview The Finance Manager (PACE) is responsible for assisting with financial strategies to maximize AltaMed's performance and value for the PACE program. As a business support role within AltaMed’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, the Finance Manager (PACE) will assist the PACE program with the development and execution of the annual budget, financial planning and forecast models, and operating results analyses, and develop strategies to improve financial performance. In addition, the Finance Manager (PACE) will prepare financial reports as required by State and Federal government entities.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 5 years of experience in healthcare/managed care finance and/or related. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 10 years of experience in healthcare/managed care finance, with 5 years of experience in a PACE environment, are required. Master's Degree preferred.

Compensation $122,986.24 - $153,732.80 annually
