Job summary

Silgan Dispensing seeks a Finance Manager, North America to partner with the Finance Director, site controllers, and operations across our North American manufacturing network. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and regional reporting while delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in finance, strong manufacturing experience, and hands-on JDE usage, with CPA/CMA/MBA being preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Strong manufacturing finance experience in a multi-site environment.
• Hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) experience.
• Strong FP&A, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar professional certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze regional financial and operational performance and provide meaningful insights to leadership.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and regional reporting.
• Partner with site controllers and operational leaders to improve profitability, productivity, working capital, and efficiency.
• Review manufacturing KPIs, cost variances, inventory performance, and customer/product profitability.
• Use JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) to support financial analysis, reporting, close activities, and process improvements.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, business cases, and investment analyses.
• Help drive consistency, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the region.
