Job summary

Silgan Dispensing in Grandview, MO is seeking an experienced Finance Manager, North America to partner with the Finance Director, site controllers, plant leaders, Operations and Supply Chain to drive financial performance across our NA manufacturing network.

This role blends FP&A, manufacturing finance and business partnering, with hands-on analysis in a multi-site environment. You will develop financial models, dashboards and investment analyses to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Strong manufacturing finance experience in a multi-site environment.
• Strong FP&A, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar professional certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze regional financial and operational performance and provide meaningful insights to leadership.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and regional reporting.
• Partner with site controllers and operational leaders to improve profitability, productivity, working capital, and efficiency.
• Review manufacturing KPIs, cost variances, inventory performance, and customer/product profitability.
• Use JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) to support financial analysis, reporting, close activities, and process improvements.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, business cases, and investment analyses.
• Help drive consistency, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the region.
