Silgan Dispensing Systems is seeking a Finance Manager, North America to lead financial planning across our multi-site manufacturing network. You will partner with the Finance Director, site controllers, and operations to influence strategic decisions and improve profitability.

You will own FP&A, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and reporting; leverage JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for analyses, close activities, and process improvements; build models and dashboards to drive performance.

Competenze

• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Strong manufacturing finance experience in a multi-site environment.
• Hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) experience.
• Strong FP&A, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar professional certification is preferred.
