## Molding Production SupervisorApply: On Site: Grandview, Missouri: Full time: Posted Today: R1000599**SUMMARY:**This role supervises the daily shift activities of the molding production team, including machine operators and all technical roles within the department. Responsibilities include orientation and training of employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Expectations include promoting safety in the workplace, follow all safety rules as well as being able to recognize and correct unsafe work conditions. This role must motivate their team to work towards achieving the goals of the molding department and will assist with department cost improvements by improving standards and overall efficiency.
