Clarity Care Inc is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the accounting department in Oshkosh, WI. You will manage budgeting, financial reporting, and audits, while supervising accounting and payroll staff and developing service rates.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting (CMA/CPA preferred), 5+ years in accounting, and NetSuite experience. Join a mission-driven nonprofit delivering compassionate care and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited college.
• CMA/CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ accounting experience with budgeting experience.
• Thorough knowledge of general business administration and supervision.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Lead the accounting close by preparing monthly financial statements.
• Lead the development of annual Operating and Capital Budgets.
• Educate management on budget variances and accounting treatment.
• Supervise Payroll function.
• Direct, supervise and evaluate Accounting & Payroll staff.
• Develop rates for payments for services.
• Maintain General Ledger and related reports.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for Executive Leadership.
• Interpret financial analyses and make recommendations.
• Manage Annual Financial Audit.
• Other duties as assigned.
