Job summary

Clarity Care, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the day-to-day accounting operations within a nonprofit healthcare setting in Wisconsin. You will oversee budgeting, rate development, financial reporting, and audits while guiding a team of accounting staff.

You will develop operating and capital budgets, manage the general ledger, and deliver ad-hoc analyses for executive leadership. A bachelor’s in accounting and 5+ years’ experience are required; CMA/CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ accounting experience with budgeting, reporting, and audits.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred; strong supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close and financial statements.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets.
• Oversee payroll supervision and GL maintenance.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for leadership.
• Manage annual financial audit and internal controls.
