Job summary

Jobot in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to build and scale FP&A workflows for a fast-growing medical devices company. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, partnering with sales, marketing, and operations to drive performance.

You'll develop robust financial models, implement scalable reporting infrastructure, and translate complex data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with strong FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in healthcare / life sciences / aesthetics / medical device industries.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments; prior management or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior leadership.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams on revenue planning and business performance.
• Develop departmental expense budgets and headcount forecasts in partnership with functional leaders.
• Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve financial accountability.
• Support sales incentive planning and revenue target development.
• Partner with international accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and alignment between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Improve financial systems, reporting processes, and tools to drive efficiency and automation.
• Mentor and develop finance team members, with the opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibilities as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong background in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Healthcare / life sciences / aesthetics / medical device industry experience is needed.
• Experience working in a startup, small, or high‑growth company environment preferred.
• Previous management or mentoring experience preferred.
