Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Visalia, CA. This permanent, in-office role focuses on strategic financial planning, forecasting, and executive-level insights to drive healthcare organizational performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. • 1. Developing, interpreting, and implementing complex financial and accounting concepts for financial planning and control.
• 2. Conducting detailed financial analysis to determine present and future performance.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
• 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• 3. Strong knowledge of budgeting, variance analysis, financial analysis, strategic planning, cost analysis, business case development, KPI reporting, revenue cycle, healthcare finance, cost reporting, profitability analysis.
• 4. Proficiency in Hyperion/EPM or similar financial software.
• 5. Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills.
• 6. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• 8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• 9. Knowledge of the healthcare industry's financial regulations and standards is a plus.
