Rusnak Auto Group in Ontario, CA is seeking a Finance Manager to uphold the highest ethical standards and legal compliance in finance transactions, while achieving franchise sales objectives.

You will lead financing deals, verify documentation, protect client information, and drive revenue by promoting aftermarket products, all while mentoring staff and maintaining exceptional customer service and CSI scores.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Finance or similar Automotive role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent; two years’ related automotive experience preferred.
• Current California Driver License with satisfactory DMV record.
• Current California Sales License.
• Finance training completed.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Manage Finance Processes with emphasis on legality, accuracy and fairness.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for vehicle sales.
• Protect company from liability; confirm disclosures with clients.
• Ensure timely completion and safeguarding of all documents and client information.
• Conduct all business in an ethical and professional manner.
