Amazon.com Services LLC, based in New York, seeks a Finance Manager to support AMZL and Rural Super Rural (RSR) operations. You will define granular cost segmentation for Last-Mile and related activities, partner across planning, operations, and finance to drive efficiency and accuracy.

You will lead weekly to quarterly reviews, improve reporting, and champion automation and AI-enabled improvements that reduce manual work while delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic relationships with operations and finance partners; influence decisions through data-driven insights and business judgment.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial metrics, forecasts, and variance analyses for leadership reviews and formal reporting.
• Drive automation and AI integration to improve financial reporting, forecasting, and planning models.
• Root cause cost variances quickly and educate partners on how operational decisions impact Cost to Serve (CTS).
• Analyze and manage quantitative data to create meaningful analyses supporting cost reduction and strategic decisions for Last-Mile and First-Mile deliveries.
• Develop scalable cost segmentation and allocation methodologies for commingled delivery activities and report across business lines.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual financial planning cycles under tight timelines.
