Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Finance Manager to support AMZL and Rural Super Rural (RSR) with a focus on On-the-Road cost segmentation and reporting for Last-Mile and First-Mile deliveries. The role partners with operations and finance to deliver granular cost insights and scalable allocation models.

The successful candidate will drive variance analysis, forecasting, and KPI reporting, while leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency across weekly, monthly, and quarterly review

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
• 5+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
• 5+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership.
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with operations and finance partners; influence decisions with data-driven insights.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial metrics, forecasts, and variance analyses for business reviews and reporting.
• Drive continuous innovation in financial reporting, forecasting, and planning models through automation and AI.
• Root cause cost variances quickly and educate partners on how decisions affect Cost to Serve (CTS).
• Analyze quantitative data to create analyses that drive cost reduction and strategic decisions for Last-Mile and First-Mile deliveries.
• Develop scalable cost segmentation and allocation methodologies for commingled delivery activities across business lines.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual financial planning cycles under tight timelines.
