Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager to support AMZL/RSR OTR cost management and related last-mile delivery activities. The role focuses on granular cost segmentation, scalable reporting, and partnering with operations and finance to drive cost optimization.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, automate reporting with AI, and influence senior leaders through rigorous financial analysis and planning processes across MFN/3P, MMOT, and hub delivery activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets.
• 5+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
• 5+ years of continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership.
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with operations and finance partners using data-driven insights.
• Ensure timely financial metrics, forecasts, and variance analyses for reporting and reviews.
• Drive automation and AI-enhanced reporting to reduce manual workload and improve insights.
• Root cause variances and educate partners on cost drivers and decisions.
• Create scalable cost segmentation for commingled LM/FM activities and allocate costs.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual financial planning cycles with tight timelines.
