Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Finance Manager to support AMZL and Rural Super Rural (RSR). The role focuses on OTR cost segmentation and cost-to-serve for Last-Mile and First-Mile activities and collaborates across planning, ops, and finance to redefine cost reporting.

You will lead financial planning cycles, forecast accuracy, and data-driven insights, driving scalable reporting, automation, and continuous improvement with senior leadership alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with operations and finance partners and influence decisions through data-driven insights.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial metrics, forecasts, and variance analyses to support business reviews and reporting.
• Drive continuous innovation in financial reporting, forecasting, and planning models through automation and AI integration.
• Root cause cost variances quickly and educate partners on how operational decisions impact Cost to Serve.
• Analyze quantitative data to create meaningful analyses that drive cost reduction and strategic decisions for Last-Mile and First-Mile.
• Develop scalable cost segmentation and allocation methodologies for commingled delivery activities.
• Lead quarterly and annual financial planning cycles with tight timelines.
