Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience.
• 5+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
• 5+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience.
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience.
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with operations and finance partners; influence decisions through data-driven insights.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial metrics, forecasts, and variance analyses for business reviews and formal reporting.
• Lead automation and AI-driven improvements in financial reporting and planning models.
• Root cause cost variances quickly and educate partners on how operational decisions impact CTS.
• Analyze data to drive cost reduction and support strategic decisions for Last-Mile deliveries and First-Mile pickups.
• Create scalable cost segmentation and allocation methodologies for commingled delivery activities across business lines.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual financial planning cycles under tight timelines.
