Charles Schwab Bank is seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen reporting and analytics across lending portfolios. You will translate complex data into clear insights, develop automated reporting, and define metrics to guide senior leaders.

Working with Finance, engineering, Risk, Accounting, and Treasury, you will shape reporting needs, solve data challenges, and support regulatory and audit requests while building partnerships across Schwab Bank.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, data analysis, or reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience developing reporting and analytical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, and Decision Making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and build Cross-Functional Collaboration.
• Ability to organize competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Strengthen the reporting and analytics that support mortgage, Pledged Asset Line, Home Equity Line of Credit, and other lending portfolios.
• Translate complex data into clear insights, develop and automate reporting solutions, and establish meaningful success metrics.
• Collaborate across Finance, engineering, Credit Risk Management, Accounting, and Treasury to define reporting needs.
• Solve data challenges and support regulatory, audit, and compliance requests.
• Influence decisions and build trusted partnerships across Schwab Bank.
