The Finance Manager plays a key role on the Lease Administration team by managing a team that delivers expense savings directly to the company’s bottom line through the invoice audit process and account reconciliations as it relates to retail leases. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills and analytical thinking capabilities, is highly organized, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate is also enthusiastic, self-motivated, and demonstrates the ability to drive results.
