Job summary

Morrie’s Auto Group in Richfield, MN is seeking an experienced finance professional to structure dealer financing deals, conduct consultative interviews, and present clear pricing options to customers.

You will ensure compliance with state and federal laws, hit product sales goals, and contribute to a high CSI while maintaining Morrie’s reputation for outstanding service. A 2–3 year automotive finance background is preferred; college degree in Business/Finance is desirable.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales and/or finance experience in automotive industry.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communicative and consultative skills.

Responsibilities

• Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
• Conduct consultative interviews to determine financing needs and payment options.
• Present transparent pricing and finance options to customers.
