Ciocca Hyundai of Williamsport is seeking a motivated finance professional to assist customers in arranging financing for vehicle purchases and to structure deals for profitability. You will desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close transactions while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

The role offers full-time hours (including some Saturdays), PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with company matching, and a competitive pay plan with top-tier insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals.
• Ensure every deal complies with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Audit team deals post-Sale and analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee expeditious funding of all contracts.

• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
