Job summary

Ciocca Hyundai of Quakertown is seeking an energetic automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team. You’ll work to structure deals, advise customers on financing options, and ensure compliance with lender requirements.

We offer a draw plus percentage compensation up to $130,000+ annually, a full-time schedule with Saturdays, PTO, 401(k) with company matching, and an industry-leading benefits package. Join a collaborative, community-minded dealership family.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
