Ciocca Hyundai of Williamsport is seeking an energetic automotive service advisor to join our growing team. You will oversee service flow, provide concierge support to owners, and optimize technician utilization, while answering questions on vehicle issues, warranties, and repairs.

This full-time role includes Saturday shifts, PTO, holidays, and a strong benefits package as part of the Ciocca Automotive Family. Our environment is air-conditioned and supportive, with opportunities for advancement.

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
