Ciocca Hyundai of Williamsport is seeking a motivated finance professional to join our growing team. You’ll help customers arrange financing for their purchases, structure deals for profitability, and ensure compliance with regulations.

This full-time role includes a strong pay plan and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family. We offer competitive compensation with a draw plus percentage, PTO, 401(k) with company matching, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
