The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a finance or accounting degree (CPA/MBA preferred), advanced Excel skills, and a proven ability to lead a finance team and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of finance, budgeting, cost control.
• Excellent Excel and financial software skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance department operations and organizational structure.
• Conduct complex financial analysis to assess performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and implement budgeting and accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with auditing services for compliance.
• Manage annual budgets and forecasts.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting.
• Review financial plans for cost reduction opportunities.
