Smart Honda Des Moines is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Des Moines, IA team. You will guide customers through financing and protection products and work closely with the sales team to structure and close deals.

You will submit deals to lenders, maintain accurate documents, present products, and help achieve monthly sales and customer-satisfaction goals. Ongoing training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive finance or sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to meet sales and customer-satisfaction goals.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
