Job summary

Smart Honda Des Moines, part of Gurley Leep Automotive Family, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Des Moines, IA team. You’ll guide customers through financing options, present products, and work with the sales group to structure and close deals.

With strong support and ongoing training, you’ll submit deals to lenders, ensure accurate documentation, and strive to meet monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Automotive finance or sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing and protection products.
• Work closely with the sales team to structure and close deals.
• Submit deals to lenders and obtain approvals.
• Complete accurate state and financial documentation.
• Present products and services that enhance the customer’s purchase.
• Meet monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
