Job summary

Smart Honda Des Moines, part of Gurley Leep Automotive Family, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Des Moines, IA team. You’ll guide customers through financing and protection products, work with the sales team to structure deals, and submit deals to lenders for approvals.

Qualifications

• Automotive finance or sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing and protection products.
• Work closely with the sales team to structure and close deals.
• Submit deals to lenders and obtain approvals.
• Complete accurate state and financial documentation.
• Present products and services that enhance the customer’s purchase.
• Meet monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain strong follow-up and communication with customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
