Job summary

DARCARS Toyota of Baltimore is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to lead the customer finance process and optimize profitability. You will structure deals, present finance and warranty products, and ensure compliance while collaborating with sales to close more business.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in F&I at a high-volume dealership, proficiency with DMS and MS Office, and a proven ability to deliver strong CSI scores. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership.
• Strong knowledge of lending guidelines and compliance.
• Professional, confident menu presentations.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer finance process, both in-person and through digital tools.
• Present and sell finance and warranty products with confidence and compliance.
• Collaborate with sales professionals to structure profitable deals.
• Secure lender approvals and handle title paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain top-tier CSI scores and client satisfaction.
• Provide expert guidance on DMV laws and finance regulations.
