Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Finance Manager - Strategy to develop advanced financial models, ROI analyses, and business cases. The role partners with executives to evaluate strategic opportunities, leveraging Epic and enterprise data to drive data-driven decision-making across hospitals and clinics.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in healthcare finance, strong Excel modeling skills, and expertise in Strata/EPSi, Tableau, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, accounting, finance or other quantitative field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 5–10 years healthcare industry experience in delivery finance, cost accounting or medical economics.
• Expert knowledge of healthcare standards and cost accounting methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Excel-based financial models for programs, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Build pro formas with NPV, IRR and ROI analyses.
• Integrate data from Epic and other systems to support analyses.
• Create reports and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) for enterprise visibility.
• Train finance peers on analytical tools and modeling techniques.
