Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 5 years Finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts financial analysis and modeling to evaluate new programs and recommend budgetary targets.
• Provides financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting to leadership.
• Develops financial plans and budgets and supports month-end reviews of financial statements.
• Serves as a resource to clinical service line leaders and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
