Job summary

AstraZeneca in Gaithersburg, MD, seeks a finance leader to own Gross-To-Net for the US Oncology unit. You will partner across Policy, Market Access, Government Pricing, and Contract Strategy to ensure accurate forecasting, robust controls, and data-driven decision support for pricing, contracting, and patient access initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading GTN close, building modelled scenarios, and driving automation with AZ tools to improve speed and transparency.

Qualifications

• Finance/accounting degree required or equivalent experience.
• CPA and/or MBA desirable for advancement.
• 5+ years of financial experience in a life sciences or pharma setting.
• Knowledge of US operating model and US pricing/government programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly GTN close for accurate accruals and liabilities.
• Provide contracting insight and payer issue resolution with teams.
• Ensure SOX controls are embedded and monitored.
• Develop deal models and support decision making.
• Forecast rebates and discounts for RBUs and MTPs.
